QUALIFICATIONS
Valerie Redman B.Ed, MAITD, EMITAA, CMITAA.
Valerie is a Registered Training Provider and Workplace Assessor. She has many years working in industry and Adult Education.
For the last 14 years she has run Redman Enterprises providing business consultancy and training services. She has also ran an ongoing training group for advanced training in Transactional Analysis. She combines all her skills to present a range of courses which are Nationally Accredited.
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS
She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Associate Fellow Australian Institute of Management, and Accredited Professional Speaker, National Speakers Association of Australia.
She has a clinical practice and has recently obtained dual qualifications in Education and Clinical Membership in The International Transactional Analysis Association.

* PERSONAL COUNSELLING SKILLS AND TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS CERTIFICATE IV AND WORKPLACE COUNSELLING CERTIFICATE IV This course is designed for those wishing to become counsellors or to add counselling skills to their existing professional skills.
Contact time: 15 sessions x 1/2 days or 7 full days.
* TEAM LEADERS AND TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS CERTIFICATE
This course is designed for Team Leaders, Supervisors and others who have an interest in, or are aspiring to, team leadership.
Contact time: 16 sessions x 1/2 days or 8 full days.
* LEADERSHIP AND TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS CERTIFICATE
This course is designed for those who are in a leadership role or are aspiring to leadership.
